Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data I collect through paride.tatwoo.com, why I collect it, and what you can do to control it. Data is handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Who handles your data

The data controller is Paride, tattoo artist working at Grebe Tattoo Studio, Piazza Senatore Antonio Alberti 14, 37017 Pacengo di Lazise (VR), Italy.

For any request about your data you can message me on WhatsApp at +39 346 087 1282.

2. What I collect

Data you enter in the contact form:

• Name (required) — so I know what to call you;
• City (optional) — to understand where you are travelling from and plan the appointment;
• Your tattoo idea (required) — this is what I need to prepare a quote;
• When you plan to get it (optional) — to estimate timing.

Please do not enter special category data in the form (for example health information) unless it is strictly necessary for your request.

Data collected automatically when you submit: the date and time of the submission, the language of the page, and where the visit came from (the ad parameters in the page address and the referring site). This is used only to understand which campaign brought the request.

3. Why I process it and on what legal basis

• To reply and prepare your quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Without your name and a description of the idea I cannot reply, which is why those are the only required fields.
• To keep your request even if the WhatsApp conversation never starts. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in not losing a contact request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• To measure advertising results. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — see section 7 on cookies and the pixel.

4. What happens after you submit

When you submit the form, two things happen, in this order:

• your request is saved to a store on the server that hosts the site, which is not publicly accessible and is password protected;
• WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message containing what you wrote, ready to send to me. The message is only sent if you send it.

5. How long I keep it

I keep quote requests for 24 months from the last contact, then delete them. If a request turns into an appointment, the necessary data may be kept longer to meet tax and accounting obligations.

You can ask me to delete it at any time, even before those periods.

6. Who else sees your data

I do not sell or share your data with anyone. To run the site I do rely on these providers, which process data on my behalf or as independent controllers:

• Hostinger — hosts the site and the request store;
• Meta (WhatsApp) — the channel we message on. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to that conversation;
• Meta (Pixel) — advertising measurement, see section 7;
• Google — the studio map and the site's fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address in the process.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Cookies and measurement tools

This site does not use its own cookies to profile you. It does use the Meta Pixel, a Meta tool that records the page visit and the form submission, so I can tell which ads bring real requests. The pixel may set Meta cookies on your device.

The embedded Google Maps map may in turn set technical and measurement cookies managed by Google.

8. Your rights

At any time you can ask me to:

• tell you what data I hold about you and give you a copy (access and portability);
• correct it if it is wrong or incomplete (rectification);
• delete it (erasure);
• restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw consent for measurement tools, without affecting what was done before withdrawal.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority in your country of residence.

9. Minors

This site is not aimed at people under 18 and I do not knowingly collect their data. In Italy, tattooing minors is subject to legal restrictions and in any case requires the consent of whoever holds parental responsibility.

10. Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle data, I will update this page and the last-updated date shown at the top.
